Privacy policy
Last updated September 2026
This policy explains how Syncorp Consulting, a trading name of Forthright Consulting Pty Ltd (ABN 39 608 260 984), handles personal information collected through this website.
What we collect
The contact form on this site collects your name, email address, and optionally your organisation and mobile number, along with whatever you choose to write in your message. We collect nothing else. There is no account system, no newsletter, and no tracking of individual visitors.
Why we collect it
Solely to respond to your enquiry and, if it leads somewhere, to conduct the resulting engagement. We do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties for marketing, and we do not add enquirers to any mailing list.
Where it goes
Form submissions are sent by email to info@syncorp.consulting and may also be stored on this website’s server. The site is hosted in Australia. Email is handled by our mail provider. We take reasonable steps to protect this information, though no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within twelve months. Records relating to an engagement are kept for as long as required for business and legal purposes, then destroyed.
Client confidentiality
Information shared with us in the course of an engagement is treated as confidential. We do not publish client names, case studies or details of the work we do, and that obligation continues after an engagement ends.
Cookies
This site sets a small number of functional cookies required for the website and contact form to work. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking. Your browser can block cookies if you prefer, though the contact form may not work correctly if you do.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@syncorp.consulting and we will respond within a reasonable period. If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your information, you can raise the matter with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
